BRANDLEHOW NURSERY

Our Nursery is housed in a delightful purpose built single storey building. It is surrounded by a lovely well equipped outdoor play area and gardens.

During their time in the Nursery class children will have lots of fun, gain new experiences, develop and grow. They will make lots of friends, develop their personal skills, social skills and independence.

A Usual Day in the Nursery:~

Morning children come from 9 am to 11.30 pm
Afternoon children come from 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm
Full-time children come from 9 am to 3.00 pm

~ Each session begins with stories, songs and games
~ Throughout the day the children are free to choose activities
either indoors or outdoors
~ Each day we have two focused activities related to our topic in
which each child is encouraged to participate
~ Children are be given milk or water and fruit at snack time
~ Lunch time is 11.30 (full time children only) and children can
have a school dinner which is freshly prepared at school, or bring
in their own packed lunch
~ During the day children enjoy a variety of exciting activities
which include role play, art, construction and much more. We
also share assemblies with the infant classes and the whole
school
~ Every Friday children choose a book to take home and share
